Frequently Asked Questions

A pre-order item is a product which you can purchase prior to it arriving at our warehouse and being available to ship.

Pre-order items are marked as such on the product page.

The expected shipping date is marked on the product page. While we attempt to give you an accurate timeframe for dispatch, please note potential freight delays may occur.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your pre-order item/s leave our warehouse. If there is a significant change in the expected shipping date you will be advised via email.

Yes! You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and other in-stock items.  

In this case, your entire order will be placed on hold until we receive the pre-order items and then everything will be shipped out to you in one package.  

If you would prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for them.  

Our normal returns policy applies for any items purchased on pre-order. 

Payment is collected at the time of the order being placed and guarantees your item is reserved before it arrives at our warehouse.
