Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the delivery schedule that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Managing Your Subscription
We believe in giving you full control of your subscription. You can easily manage your subscription by:

• Logging into your Pawezy customer account.

• Using the magic link in your subscription confirmation email to access your subscription portal without logging in.

From the subscription portal, you can:

• Skip a delivery

• Pause your subscription

• Cancel your subscription anytime without penalties

• Adjust your delivery schedule
